What information do we collect? How do we use it?

• When you complete a Quick-Form, we use your name, company name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone and fax numbers to complete your directory listing, or an online order pertaining to that specific transaction. This also allows us to process and fulfill your Vinyl World Orders, and to notify you of your E-Order status.
  
  
• When you sign up for our PVC Industry Update or (PVC ID), we need only an e-mail address--which we use to send the information you requested.
  
  
• When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
  
  
• We continuously adapt and update Vinyl World by using the information you submit. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site.

How does Vinyl World protect customer information?

• All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Customer information is limited to what is available via our PVC Directory. We do not store credit card information on our internet server. Therefore it is impossible for customer credit card information to be accessed via the internet.

• "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that.

Will Vinyl World disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
