Donald K. Duncan named President of SPI - The Executive Board of The Society of the Plastics Industry, Inc. (SPI) named Donald K. Duncan as President of the association. The appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of Larry Thomas on January 1, 2000, after nearly 12 years in the position. Previously, Mr. Duncan was President and CEO of DuPont Dow Elastomers LLC, a joint venture between two of the U.S.'s largest chemical companies: DuPont and The Dow Chemical Company.
